To make sure the clothes be perfect, our pattern maker will check every single datas, and check the position of the printing/ embroidery correct or not. Meanwhile, we also will check the accessories and every details. If any problem found, we will get back to you and will start the production after your confirmation.

After your confirmation of the samples, then we will collect all info then make the production file, and set the quality standard base on different production dept., to make sure we can trace the problems when we found quality issues, it can show our quality control system.

Ensure good material for apparel.
Fabric take over 60%-70% of the cost, therefore, the quality of fabric is particularly important to the whole dress. We will confirm every details and quality requests with suppliers before production, and test and check the quality, then start the production only after it passed the inspection. If ready-made fabrics, we normally will use middle and high end fabric, with better touching, good colors, color fastness, anti-deformation ect. And rest accessories, like label, washing label and hangtag will be arranged to produce also.

To avoid preshrunk of the final products
Washing and drying the fabrics is our standard way of the preshrunk, after it, the fabric will become heavier and the size will not change a lot on finished products. Most apparel manufacturers to save the cost, will not preshrunk the fabric, or use the low-cost method like steam-preshrunk which will not make any effect of the fabric and preshrunk. It will bring irreversible damage to your clothing brand, and once the brand reputation is damaged, it’s difficult for consumers to buy again.

Set type base on the width of the fabric, make use of the experience of the pattern woker to make the fabric utilization rate reach more than 85%, cut more clothes with same weight of fabrics, to save the cost efficiently. In consideration of the preshrunk rate will be different between sample fabric and batch fabric, we will arrange a sample base on the finished pattern, and test and check the size whether is it correct or not.

Cut the fabric and marked
Tailoring department will pave the fabrics base on the order and quantity, put the pattern on it then cut, meanwhile, they will put the same parts together, like sleeves, front body, back body, and sorted them by sizes. Secxon apparel manufacturer will pass relevant cut-fabrics to suppliers for printing or embroidery, ensure perfect production as client’s designs.
8.Sewing
Sampling is a basic step before bulk production
When all trims and embroidered/printed pieces have been returned to the sewing line, the sewing department will do the exact same sewing according to the pattern. Whether it is the sewing method of the thread, the mark and the washing water mark, it is produced according to the pattern that you have confirmed, and the thread is guaranteed to be neat. During the production process, the quality inspection department of the apparel manufacturer will also conduct random inspections to ensure the quality of the clothes.
8.Sewing
Sampling is a basic step before bulk production
When all accessories and cut- fabrics with printing and embroidery finished and send back to production line, sewing department will sew the products base on the sample. No matter sewing way of the whole body or labels or washing label, all base on the sample which confirmed by client. Inspection department of apparel manufacturer will inspect randomly during the production, ensure the quality stay the same.

After products finished, we will trim the clothes, and ironing. Ironing not just make the clothes flat and neat, mainly reason is to shape it. After irong, the products will send back to inspection department to check the quality, like triming, stains, size, make sure all passed then packed and sealed.
